WEAPONS: (Naming of them may be bad 😞 )

Rail: More Range, More Damage but Hard to Hit and Has to Charge. Focusing Rail: More Range, Faster Charge Time, Easier to Hit than Original. Fearsome Rail: Less Range, Slower Charge Time, More Damage, Deadly in Close Range, Not Suited for Long Range. Shredder: Less Damage but Damage is Overcome by Shooting amount, The more Heat it gains, the Faster it Shoots (Max %100 ReAttack Time). Shredder of Watt: Way Less Damage, Mid Range but Damage is Overcome by Shooting amount and Multiple Hits, The more Heat it gains, the Faster it Shoots (Max %100 ReAttack Time). After it Hits a Target, Shocks Nearby targets in 100~200meters dealing %10 of Original Damage and Slows Targets by %10. Shredder of Shields: %50 Less Damage but %400 More damage againts Shields, Fundamentally works as Original Shredder but Suited for Only Breaking Shields of Enemy. (Example: 100 Damage --> Nerfed to 50 but Deals 200 to Shields.)

These are Concepts, Not the naming of EVENTS

Invasion!: Invade Enemy Base while they are repairing Mothership and Destroy it! Truce: Making a Temporary Truce between nations for benefits of both nations for an Hour. Hold the Gate!: Locking Down an AREA, stopping enemy from coming inside and Opening an Invasion Gate. World's Enemy: a BOSS Appears in a Neutral map, making Both Nations to Fight againts it in a Temporary Truce, Rewarding Both Nations depending on Damage done (Not to the Most by TO BOTH) (There will be a Timer. 🐭 ) Hunt!: Temporary Truce and Making Both Nations Hunt NPCs down and get Reward as a Whole Nation depending on How much Killed and Depending on how much an Individual killed. Raid!: Attack Enemy Nation's Sources, so that slows their Growth! Flying across Maps to Destroy Multiple Objects. Spy!: the 3rd Nation thats run by NPCs, sends Spies to some maps, find it and kill it.

THERE MAY BE BAD OR WORSE IDEAS BUT ITS ALL CONCEPT I THOUGHT ABOUT

As Chased said, the player must feel the speed and think quickly to survive in the intense battles to comes... yet when i tested the diferent engines in the game prototipe it felt quite slow.

here to bring some perspective: i was testing the "bomber jet" which flew at about 420kmph with normal engine...
said speed of 420kpmh would suit perfect on a ww2 game but... here we are on Mars planet piloting spaceships / SciFi-jets, lets focus on the fastest ww2 fighters and other types of aircraft:

(Note: all the numbers here are approx and not 100% accurated)

FW 190: 656 km/h (Fighter)
B-29: 575 km/h (bomber)
Il-2 Sturmovik: at arround 400 km/h (lets take this as the Tank despite it being a ground attack aircraft)

Then we need to take a look at the contemporary and or historical jet aircraft speeds:

(Note on the F-22, it cannot reach its max speed in order to preserve its RAM coating and other damage to the aircraft but lets take some art licenses here)

MIG-25: max 3600 cruise: 1200
F-22: max 2910 cruise: 1980
Rafale: max 2390 cruise 1390
SU-27: max 2500 cruise Not revealed but lets guess its arround 1225 kmph

Of course all those speeds are taking in account for diferent aerodynamics, engine technology and configuration then diferent air density. Which means isnt a comparsion, yet all of this under the effect of Earth's gravity!

now with all this data exposed i can make the point clear, the Jets of chasing stars should fly way way faster! and there are some reasons for that, they dont emanate the emotions they are intended to so!
instead they feel like WW2 warbirds instead, the only thing giving you the sensation of seep was the motion blur (of which i will make a separated thread because this one is already getting really big)
also taking in account that Mars gravitation pull is arround 0.38 G (Earth is 1G) also assuming that Mars have been terraformed and has a somewhat thick atmosphere that allows aerodynamic flight

(Please Chased, make the LORE accurated corrections needed here)

based in this i concluded that Jets with 4 up to 8 engines as we saw in the game can reach speeds up to 2000 - 3000 with ease, as the lesser gravity would lead to a more relative light airframe and so a more efficient flight and speedy vehicles, not only on the skies but also on land and sea. (that may be excessive) but, consider increasing to 1000

What if we split the inventory into "materials" and "equipment" with the material inventory being unlimited?

I would like to farm all day, but I don't want to have problems with not having a place to store materials. I would keep the inventory limited to only enchant cards, equipment and the like. I would leave the inventory for materials that are only used for upgrading unlimited, what do you think?

Fox of Fear, is a Cunning Monster When it comes to talk about Air Superiority.

From my View:
Not all of them has to be animal names
Monkey is actually good since it can go on ground and climb but not a good Naming for this type of game
Gryphon is good but uh, ahhh, doesn't feel like it suits

Hello there,
my idea is that all "active buffs" from the original game would be passive automatically. Spells that cancel these buffs like purity would only temporarily block them for maybe 10 seconds.

What I don't like about the original game is how the MG gets the purify 10x and is still instantly buffed. Besides, it eats up a stupid amount of SP kits, and constantly shuffling the bar with skills is also annoying. Thus, there could be several passive buffs, including some specific ones on specific maps.

Debuffs from the boss could not be cancelled, or only blocked for a short time.

For example, the player would have to buy or upgrade these passive skills for a huge amount of resources. It would force the player to farm and play PvE to get stronger. For example, a spell would upgrade 20x and only 1% each time. It would motivate and keep players playing because they would have a reason to play.

Anyway, I'm definitely in favor of the skills not being cheap, but really expensive, for example the first rank for 500 mobs, the second for 1000, the next for 1500 and so on. The last one could be for some heavy boss item and a huge amount of raw materials. Or every rank up spell would require a boss item, whether from an instance, dungeon, or the like. Special skills should also be expensive.

Anyway, having special dungeons for 4 players that are limited in time would be great, something like in the original game, unfortunately there were only 3. These items could have a chance to drop and players would have a reason to play these dungeons.

Only active skills at hotbar can make it better.

I think it would be more fair, what do you think?

Instead of Banning them, make them:

Unable to Trade. Unable to Join Brigade. Unable to use Storage/Brigade_Storage/NPC_Shops. Has -%1000 Pierce so cannot hit Players. Has -%1000 Accuracy so cannot hit Mobs. Give Permanent CPU that gives -500 Stats so No SkillPoints too. Cannot Chat.

Most can be done with making events check "if banned.value = true" or reverse to make it work if not banned i think.

They become so Vulnerable, That they are useless XD

If there is a city with different stations (warehouse, enchant, etc.) then please also be able to switch from one station to another via the menu

(Game mechanic suggestion)
In every war scenario inteligence is key as soldiers cannot rush blindly to their objectives, speaking of wich, what would be such objectives?

introducing the Recon / Scout roles and mission!

The goal of Scout & Recon units would be identifying and or marking valuable enemy assests such as strong or skilled players, number of enemy forces in the combat area, mine fields (if implemented) and mark them so their comrades can deal with with ease.

Every gear that takes the Recon role would be unarmed then equipped with cameras and sensors and gain certain extra survability to compensate for.

·Fighters: Increased speed and evasion
·Bombers: they will fly higher (if possible) gain evasion or defence % according to the user's build (ship's higher non-attack attribute)
·Supports: wouldnt be able to use teleport nor debuff skills, yet their healing cooldown gets decreased and its defence gains strenght.
·Tanks: when not moving for 15 seconds (ammount of time could be adjusted according to several factors) they become stealth "their crew uses whatever the terrain offers to cover it up as camouflage" when in motion they gain a little bit of speed and some extra defence.

Cameras and sensors would be used actively by the player as an inteligence weapon:
·Providing constant images of thebattlefield to the high command grants exp and other rewards for the player
·Marked valuable targets are destroyed by your faction team-mates, guild grants exp and other rewards (killmarks or such)
·Marked skilled Players destroyed by your allies grants juicy things.

I know this hypothetical game style may not be for every one, but hey! here we are trying to innovate!

There always has to be something that lets players and whales pay money to buy/get in-game, or that game fails.
They cannot stand with only Donations.

Good Pay Wall:

Character/Ship Skins Character/Brigade Name Inventory/Storage/Brigade Capacities WarPass

EXP Boost (Low %)
SPI Boost (Low %) ||(idk what you will name it here)||
Extra Inventory/Storage Capacity

etc.

Bad Pay Wall:

Enchantment Protection/Luck/Protect Prefix/Suffix Sell WarPoints and any other stuff that can give player better advantage

Bad Pay Wall is not something that can't be added, its just, if it boosts players to the end game with just money, player base will drop but can be ok if its given till some point like:

Example:
if players can easily reach e5
you can sell e5~8 enchants or even e10 since normal players can do it
but do not sell e11~15 protects

I have quite a handful of questions about the project, most important of all if there's any need for more devs.

There's other questions but they require private conversations.

Hello, will there at some point be closed alpha tests?

brigades to recibe the name of Wings as it would be on a real airforces from several countries, also applying them a number as per example:
Nation A "1ts Wing Celestials" "2nd Wing GoldBoyz"
Nation B "1st Wing Daemons" "2nd Wing RedCrows" etc...

the numbers should be given by the game in chronolical order of creation within each nation, if any guild is disbanded its number might be kept unusable by other guilds to avoid bugs and or anyther problems and also would act as some type of player based created lore such as "the 13th Wing was totally erased from existance in the battle of (insert battlefield name here)"
hope this will help giving a more grounded base for the guild system or at least it will be more "Role immersive" from my point of view.

The upgraded design of the Fox 08 aircraft opens our Friday news. One of the fastest, and most importantly, maneuverable aircraft of the eighth series. With its help, skilled pilots will be able to easily intercept rival fighters and skillfully dodge any dangers.

The next representative of the updated coloring is Hound 08. Its extensive arsenal and balanced characteristics make pilots feel more confident on the battlefield. Hi @everyone! This is the weekly Chasing Stars Online Newsletter. It seems that we have already talked about almost all aspects of the future game.

However, we still haven' told you about the important part of the gameplay - shooting. What do you think the game needs in order not to have boring shooting.

Undoubtedly, visual effects, animations and sound accompaniment play an important role. All this enhances the perception of what is happening on the screen.
However, a significant part of creating an interesting shooting process is a competent balance of weapons and, most importantly, the differences between a large number of modules.

Beyond standard bullets! A Weapon Arsenal Awaits!

Let's look at the example of the available weapons in Chasing Stars Online.
The players will have two main modules - standard and additional weapons.

For each of the main weapon modules, the distinctive characteristics, in addition to visual effects and sound, are the damage done, penetration indicators and effective range.
In the case of standard weapons, depending on the quality and rarity of the module, players will be able to choose the most suitable weapons for solving tasks. A high effective range may not always be useful, since in order to increase the effective range, other characteristics will have to be sacrificed.

For example, in a location with a large number of environmental objects behind which the enemy can hide from you, it is more profitable to use faster-firing modules. While in open space, the rate of fire can be sacrificed.

What about additional weapons modules? All of them are divided into two classes - Missile and Bundle. In order to give uniqueness and tangible impact, each class will have its own individual characteristics.
For example, the Missile class has an auto-guidance feature that performs well in open spaces.

In turn, the Bundle class cannot boast of this, however, all its power is revealed in confined spaces. Due to the high speed of projectiles and damage, this class will easily instill fear in the hearts of enemies.

What is ultimately necessary for an interesting shooting? A huge role, as you understand, is played by fine-tuning the balance of weapons. By changing modules while increasing his level, the player must feel the progression, and see an increase in combat potential.

In addition, let's not forget about the visual effects. Playing and shooting from beautiful planes is more interesting when the weapon has a recognizable sound, firing pattern, animation and, of course, juicy explosions with the effects of hitting enemies. What do you think?
